You can complete an application for admission to our school. If there is a fee for processing your application, it will be displayed above the application form. This amount may be multiplied by the number of programs to which you are applying.
You do not have to rush to enter all your information. As long as you specify at least some of your information (including your First Name, Last Name, and E-mail Address), you can save your application and complete it later. After you save your application, the system will send you an e-mail with a link back to your application so that, when you are ready, you can complete and submit it.

Enter the following information about yourself. The application form may include any, or all, of the following sections.

Contact Information
•
Demographic Information
•
Ethnicity and Race Information
2.
If you are not a citizen of the country in which our school is located, enter the following information.
•
Citizenship Information
•
Government Information
3.
Enter your Academic Information.
4.
Select all your Academic Interests.
5.
Select the Campus at which you would like to attend classes. You MAY be able to select more than one campus. To choose more than one campus, hold down the CTRL key.
6.
Enter the following information.
•
Your Residency Preference
•
Your Test Scores
•
Your Education Information
•
EACH of the extracurricular Activities in which you have participated
•
Names of your Relatives, especially those who have attended this school
•
Up to two Emergency Contacts
•
Your Employment history
7.
Specify how you heard about our institution.
•
Select the main Source which provided information about our institution.
•
If you heard about our institution via an additional source, please enter the name of that Other Source.
8.
Review the information on your application form.

Follow These Steps
Save your application now and complete it later
1.
Make sure that you have entered at least your First Name, Last Name, and E-mail Address on your application form.
2.
Select Save.
3.
Select Return to Applications to redisplay the Apply page.
After you save your application, the system will e-mail you information about how to access your application so you can complete it.
Submit your application now
1.
Review and verify ALL the information on your application. Once you submit your application, you will NOT be able to change the information on your application.
2.
Select the Application Policy link to view our school policy.
3.
Select I accept to indicate that you have read our school policy and confirm that all the information on your application is accurate.
4.
Select Submit Application.
5.
If allowed, you can Attach Files to Your Application.
6.
If there is a fee for processing your application, you must Pay Your Application Fee.
Once a school administrator has reviewed your application, you will receive an e-mail. If the administrator decides to consider you for admission, the e-mail will include a link to our school site so that you can create an account.
